Newfoundlander Trevor Tuck started this business when he was looking for a career change and wanted to work at something with purpose and meaning that would keep him on his beloved island. The island of Newfoundland is one of the few places in the world that does not have to treat its honey bees with antibiotics or chemicals. So, Trevor became a local beekeeper, able to produce some of the best honey in the world. He also actively educates others on Newfoundland’s disease-free bees that can help with the world’s need for bees. Tuck’s Bee Better Farm is creating a place devoted to honey bee health, education and awareness, something he and his team are very passionate about.
