Handmade in Aurora, Ontario, the taste of Fraktals Belgian chocolate cashew buttercrunch is unrivaled, providing a mouth-watering experience. Notes of organic Canadian maple syrup are highlighted in their velvety buttercrunch core, which is flanked with two layers of sustainably-sourced Belgian chocolate, in both milk and 70% dark, and then finished with a sprinkle of raw cashews.
Production in small batches allows this artisanal treat to be handmade, from the stirring of the buttercrunch to the ribbon bow-tying. Fracktals products are gluten free, made from high quality, non-GMO ingredients and without the use of preservatives. Head chocolatier Clara Peel graduated from George Brown’s Pastry Arts and Management Program and is proud to utilize her skills producing a fine product made in her home town.
